Gluten Is Evil!  ...So they say...  But is it True?

There are so many stories out there about different foods and thoughts about nutrition that it it incredibly hard to know what is true, and what is myth.  

However, when we see people jumping on a bandwagon against some possible evil food, then it is easy to jump on the bandwagon with them, especially if you have a particular issue that you can't resolve and other people are finding resolution with the same or similar issues as you.  Of course, Why Not?

I would never suggest you shouldn't try something out to see if it works for you, however, is it necessary (and healthy) to be totally against "something", whether it is gluten, fat, carbs, or meat?

Processed Gluten vs. Whole Food Gluten:

Gluten IS evil when it has been taken out of its whole-food form; when it has been stripped of its essential nutrients and enzymes that helps your body break it down and assimilate it. And, that truly is what most of the gluten in our foods today have been put through.  

Modern wheat is not what it used to be, and the way it is being grown now seems to leave a scar. Ancient Grains a way more tolerable to our systems.

What does that leave you with?  A bunch of stuff that your body doesn't know how to process and harms your body.

The modern wheat (this gluten is evil!) that you are used to eating has not only been put through a harsh nutrient-elimination proccess, the grains are now being grown as Genetically Modified Foods so they can grow more per acre and to prevent bugs form destroying the crops.  

And, while the genetics were being tweaked, they also figured out how to increase glutens for better “baking properties” and to get fluffier results. 

Essentially, you have been eating mutant grains (again, this gluten is evil) from seeds created in a lab (not by Mother Nature), grown in toxic soil, sprayed with chemicals, bleached, sprayed with more chemicals, irradiated (yep, this has been found to be detrimental) , and processed into a powder that is desolate of nutrients and is nothing more than a conglomeration of noxious components that no other animal will eat.  Seriously.  

No wonder it is making everyone sick...

Add that to GI Tracts that are ALREADY inflamed, leaking guts, ulcerated intestines, and you've got a big problem on your hands!
